Overview
ROPay is an online payment application used by automotive dealerships, where a customer can pay for their automotive repair bill online, instead of needing to pay in person at the dealership.
Problems
• Users have to wait longer at the dealership if they are not able to pay ahead of time online
• Users don’t feel safe or comfortable paying in person

Solution
Create a web app that will make online payments as easy as possible for the customers, so that they can get in and out of the customer waiting area quickly
Hypothesis
• Dealership will have competitive advantage by offering online payment solution
• Customers will be more likely to repeat business if they are not frustrated with the payment process, and feel safer with the hands-free process during Covid
