Spanish Millennium

Overview

Spanish Millennium, a company specializing in online Spanish language training programs, approached me to redesign their website. Their old site featured an outdated design, lacked modern user experience practices, and was under-performing in key metrics such as client conversion rates, form submissions, and lead quality. My goal was to create a modern, user-friendly design that aligned with their brand identity and enhanced their online performance.

Challenges / Problem

Spanish Millennium’s previous website faced multiple challenges, including an outdated design that did not reflect a modern, professional organization. The navigation was not intuitive, making it difficult for users to find information or take desired actions. This led to low engagement, characterized by minimal conversion rates, limited form submissions, and poor lead quality. Additionally, the site failed to effectively communicate the company’s mission, values, and offerings, weakening its overall brand presence.

Hypothesis

A modern, redesigned website that emphasizes program value to target clients would improve conversion rates.

Solution

I redesigned the website to create a more engaging user interface, and updated the information architecture of the navigation menus to a more intuitive format. The updated design included new landing pages for each program offered by Spanish Millennium.

Results

The redesigned website delivered significant improvements:

• Conversion rates rose by 35%
• Lead submissions increased by 50%
• The site attracted more qualified leads
